MLK Concert: "Through the Storm, I Need You to Survive"

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and the Mayor’s Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission are proud to announce the 9th Annual MLK Gospel Concert that will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2024 at 7 p.m. in Steinmetz Hall, at the Dr. Phillips Center.

Admission is free but guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items, which will be collected upon entry. Donations will be distributed by Second Harvest Food Bank to various community and school food pantries.

The spectacular is produced and directed by Grammy Award Winner, Dr. Jefferey Redding with Orlando Choral Society, UCF choirs, community choirs, schools, and churches from across Florida. Special guests include, Naguanda Miller-Nobles, Soprano and Shawn Welcome, Orlando’s own Poet Laureate.
